These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of grayroctech.com (the "Site"), operated by Grayroc Technologies ("Grayroc," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and to learn about or request our services. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or scraping it by automated means without our permission.

Information and Estimates

Content on the Site is provided for general information. Any recovery estimates, projected values, turnaround times, or pricing shown on the Site or provided in response to an inquiry are non-binding and depend on the actual quantity, condition, and market value of devices at the time of processing. Services are governed solely by a written quote or service agreement signed by you and Grayroc. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Information You Submit

When you submit a form or contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it on behalf of your organization. Our use of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Grayroc and ClearPath™ names, are owned by or licensed to Grayroc and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your internal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish Site content without our written permission.

Third-Party Trademarks

Apple, Mac, MacBook, iPad, and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Chromebook is a trademark of Google LLC. Other product and company names are the property of their respective owners. Grayroc Technologies is an independent company and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other manufacturer referenced on the Site.

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grayroc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This section does not limit liability under a signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Grayroc harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County or Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
